The maximum number of participants Our objective 'learning by doing' requires sessions with a limited number of people. This means that we can accommodate a maximum of 175 participants. So, don't hesitate too long and register now! This number of 175 participants relates to full time participants. The maximum number of student participants The maximum number of student participants (for the reduced fee) is determined at 20 students. In order register as a student you need a 'letter of recommendation' from a staff member of your university. The registration procedure In order to register, fill in the 'personal data form' and the 'registration form', both to be found on the Forms & Overviews page on this website. The principle for registration is first comes, first serves. If the maximum number of participants is reached, the next registrants will be placed on a reserve list. It will be possible to register for one or more single conference day(s). The fee for single day registration will vary per day, depending on the specific day and the program of that day.
